A call was made to the help desk that nothing was working on the customer’s computer. The help desk professional remoted into the customer’s computer, but without success. Finally, a help desk professional was dispatched to the customer’s physical location. When the person entered the customer’s office, he immediately saw the problem, the customer had taken the keys off of the keyboard and put them back on in alphabetic order. To say the least, when you pushed the letters “A”, you didn’t get an “A” on the screen.
